Entrance level with welcoming hallway, large glassed areas and exit to the lovely back of the house. Well-equipped kitchen, open towards dining area and towards the sitting room, with a nice sofa and fire place. View over common and partial sea glimpse. Bathroom with shower and WC, laundry room.
The rest of the house is constructed in souterrain style, upstairs you’ll find a sitting room/TV-room with a comfortable sofa bed 160*200 cm. There’s an X-box, DVD, Apple-TV and TV (no channel though). You can connect your computer/IPad and watch TV this way. There’s also a small office corner. Wi-Fi 4G included. Bedroom with double bed and partial sea glimpse. Large lovely bathroom with bath tub.
Downstairs in this part of the house there are 4 bedrooms; bedroom 1 with single bed 105x200 cm, bedroom 2 with single bed 105x200 cm, bedroom 3 with wide single bed 120x200 cm and bedroom 4 with bunk bed. Fully tiled bathroom with WC and shower.
Large garden with nice level lawns. Protected from public view and with a common behind the house, this is a very private house. Nice seating furniture on stone-clad patio, barbecue and outdoor Jacuzzi/whirlpool (heated, 40 degrees C).
There’s a child-friendly sandy beach at walking distance, with playground and football field. The surroundings are embedded in lush forests and nice gravel roads well suited for biking and walking. You’ll also find museum, farm, golf course and kayak rental quite close. One good idea is to visit Siggesta farm with adventure mini-golf, football golf, restaurant, café, greenhouse, ice-cream and candy shop et c. On Sundays they arrange car booth sales and pony riding.
