Die Hütte liegt auf einem Teil des Grundstückes des Besitzers mit großem eigenen abgetrennten Garten und Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill.
Rauchen im Haus ist nicht gestattet.
Keine Haustiere.
Herrliche Aussichten in unserer näheren Umgebung und nahe zu den Golfplätzen im nordwestlichen Skåne, ca. 20 Golfbahnen sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen.
Aufgrund der Nahe zur Bjäre- und Kullahalbinsel gibt es viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Auch nach Dänemark und nach Helsingör ist es nicht weit.
800 m zum Meer und zum Steg in Björkhagen
1400 m zum Hafen und Sandstrand in Magnarp
2,2 km zum Sandstrand in Skepparkroken
3 km nach Vejbystrand mit Geschäft, Sandstrand und Freiluftbad

High season
In the high season week 27-33, you can only book the whole week (Saturday to Saturday) and it is not possible to book single days.
Bedclothes and towels
Please bring your own bedclothes and towels or rent it from me if you want to travel with minimal luggage. The price for bedclothes and towels are 100SEK/person. Notify me in advance and Ill arrange it for you. For bedclothes and towels you pay on arrival.
Departure cleaning
It is also possible to book a departure cleaning of the house, just let me know if you want to reserve final cleaning.
If you live 1-3 days, the price for final cleaning is 550SEK and if you stay 4 days or more, the price is 950SEK. For the departure cleaning you pay on arrival.
