The house is newly built with a homely atmosphere, open up to the ridge. Here you find three bedrooms and two lofts, one of them with a single bed. Kitchen, dining area and living room in open plan give good opportunities for nice togetherness.
Bedroom 1: double bed 160×200 cm with water views.
Bedroom 2: single bed 90×200 cm.
Bedroom 3: bunk bed.
Loft with single bed 80×200 cm.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a cooking island that provides good workspace. Dining area for 4-6 people.
Living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs. TV. Exit to the sunny terrace with dining area and charcoal grill. Views of the garden and the sea.
Bathroom with toilet and shower.
This oasis is shared with the owners who live in other houses on the plot. In total there are 4 houses on the property, all with private feeling. NOTE: The property’s private jetty is for the house owner only.
150 meters from the house you can swim from a public jetty. 400 meters away you find Myrstegsbadet with a sandy beach. For those who prefer natural beach with cliffs it´s about 700 meters away.
2 km from the house there is Överby Beach area, a nice sandy beach with a playground, beach volleyball, barbecue, dressing room and large lawn that is nice for play and ball-game.
Vaxholm is only 8 km (10 minutes drive) away with a large selection of shops, restaurants and ice cream bars. Here you can stroll around and look at the boats in the busy harbor or pay a visit to Vaxholm fortress. Vaxholm County is sometime called “the capital of the archipelago”, a suiting name considering all the activities and the numerous people passing through every summer.
